audio or video instruction

does anyone know of cheap or free audio instruction i can listen to while i work. i sit at a computer all day with headphones so i can pretty much listen to anything. id like to learn while i sit here so i was wondering if anyone knows of any instructional dvd's or cd's or mp3's i can listen to. kinda like the golden ears stuff or "mix it like a record". but i dont wanna spend $130 on a dvd. i have alot of time so alot of audio would be great.
