Studio Manager ?

What kind of salary and or commision are studio managers getting out there? I am trying to see what has been the average for a comparable studio. We have 2 rooms average 65 an hour for A 45 for B. 2 full time engineers on staff, head engineer brings in a lot of business, based on credits, reputation etc. Studio manager works full time, books the rooms, goes after clients, does billings and some books etc. I understand it can vary on experience, length on job etc. Thanks for any input. T.F.
