Gearslutz investment fund?

Guys sometimes when I read these threads, I can't help but think "WE have spent ALOT of money on gear", when you consider our combined expenditure.

Could you possibly imagine what type of return that would have made had we pooled our funds and invested in something else?

Even if we opened a co-op gear store owned by its members, the DIgi's of the world would have no choice but give us quality products and decent prices.

(But then again, it's not like margins are all that impressive in the gear selling biz)

Still,
How much do you think we have invested as a group of slutz?

if I ever wanna become rich, or just want to stop thinking about "what to eat the next day" I would become a banker.. or at least make something useful with my time and money..

but to be serious:

It is more fun to mix a good record than counting dollars on a bank.

You beat me to it. Maybe a nice falafal joint instead, or an Indian buffet perhaps.
