| Little speaker help please... Hooking up some 809's. Just got one back from repair. The right speaker sounds fuller when I swap the wires on the woofer. But then sounds out of phase with the left. So I inverted the wires in the rear of the speaker from the amp. Phase sounds better. but there is a decrease in bass in the room when both speakers are on. Could that just be a "room thing". Is there a fool proof way to determine phase within the individual speaker and phase as a system ? Thanks in advance. Mike |

| first problem is you should have had them both rebuilt so they match... as to checking phase with the woofers... take a small battery (AA) and checking to be sure that your wiring them the same "pop" them with the battery they should move the same direction... |
