Thread Starter | Mix Wizard as Monitor Control
Hey all.. I need to get a mixer for no latency monitoring while recording and also need a monitor controller... Will the signal path in the MixWiz16:2 be ok for the latter or will it colour just as much as a BigKnob ...? I am using a fireface800 for conversion in this instance... Or.... Buy another mackie universal control and control the Totalmix software via that and leave my monitors plugged into the Fireface outs..? Thanks for any thoughts... i'm as sick of this topic as everyone else but i cant find an affordable solution! Regards |

I'm using a mixwizard in my studio for monitoring and also the pre's for recording. Works great.

how would you use an external mixer for monitoring with, lets say a digi 002r? How would you do the routing?
