This may be a help to some of you

I am weighing up pre-amps at the moment for an upgrade of the studio and I've drawn this up as a guide. It may provide useful to someone, that's why I posted it although these are only the pre's I'm interested in.

The SCA prices include £100 ($190) per pre-amp and £100 ($190) for the case I am paying my friend to build them as I haven't got the inclination or the time!

The Shadow Hills Gama includes the St. Ives upgrade.

The lunchbox pre's include £60 ($113) per pre for the lunchbox itself, I worked out the price for a BAE lunchbox with phantom power.
