| I have a definite favorite song of all time: "Anitina (The First Time I See She Dance)" by MARRS (it was the b-side to "Pump Up The Volume"--a unique blend of beats, dubby bass, heavy feedback guitar, and 4ADishness) Albumwise, there's three that pretty consistently remain in consideration: Pete Rock & CL Smooth's Mecca & The Soul Brother, New Order's Power, Corruption, and Lies, and Massive Attack's Blue Lines. Beyond that, ca depend. Peece, T. Tauri |

| This record just keeps on giving. Always something new to listen to that I didn't hear before and probably encompasses my whole top 10. An absolute masterpiece of depth and creativity: NINE INCH NAILS - The Fragile --- Also a brilliant record and a lesson in how you write a love song: NICK CAVE & THE BAD SEEDS - No More Shall We Part --- A songwriter with an unmistakable voice and great lyrical stories: TOM WAITS - Mule Variations. |
