| Tube-Tech MP-1A opinions i read alot about mic pres in gs but one that never seems to get mentioned is the tube-tech mp-1a. is it because it hasn't changed much in the last 10 years (lacking sex appeal) or because it just doesn't stack up to other high end mic pres. i have one and also an aea trp (one colored, one uncolored). i really like both units, however, this is as far as my experience goes with "good" mic pres (aside from John Hardy pres i used to work with). any opinions on the tube-tech out there? the trp? bill |
