| Gear addict | SM57 and 58. What does LC mean?
Hi guys, I've noticed quite a good price drop on 57s and 58s lately in my town. And I've also noticed that it says LC on the box. What's up with that? Are they any different than the ones I might have bought 5 years ago? tks, Simon |

I believe it means the "Less Cord" version i.e. without the mic lead attached.
