Brands of room treatment? just don't get anything made of foam!!!

I think GIK or Real Traps are the best option if you want to buy ready made ones. You can save money making them yourself though... it's not hard at all if you spend a little time reading up on it.

All the info you need is at www.johnlsayers.com - just click on the 'Recording Studio Design Forum' at the top of the page.

check out www.realtraps.com

and

joel, at ready traps is SUPER helpful.

you can download the full range frequency tone generators, or make your own,
and use the various measuring charts available at some of the above websites, and elsewhere.

then, get some 703, and wrap it. it WILL work wonders.

good luck, and keep us posted.

There are a lot of good resources to read on how to DIY a room. If you need a bit more, drop us a line. We work with folks all the time to make sure they get the right things for their room - not just sell you as much as you can afford. tutt
