Can't find toslink / adat patch panel adapters !!

Hi,

I'm looking for Neutrik D-type (or DL-type) compatible toslink optical panel feed-through mounts....

I just spent the past two hours searching the internet for this. I found it once a couple years ago, but didn't bookmark the link (i think it was a .co.uk site...)

Anyone ???

Hey,

I'm sure I've seen these for sale at Studio Spares in their printed catalogue. Can't find it in their online site though, maybe shoot them a mail?

Cheers,
Rich

celticrogues: thanks, but that's not mountable in one of those pre-punched 19" panels.

RichT: YOU DA MAN! did a little search on the site for toslink and found them !! http://www.studiospares.com/pd_90002...W%20DESIGN.htm

Ouch... €9.4 excl vat is a lot, but hell, I need them. (mobile recorder rack, studio interface,... I'm guessing I need 24 of them)

Thanks,
Herwig

Easy: I currently use one RME 3xADAT card to get audio in and out and I'm planning on buying a second one... 3x adat i/o times 2 cards = already 12 sockets. Add the harddisk recorder I have (3x adat i/o) and already buy some more for the other 24 AD/DA's...

My recorder's currently in a 4space road case (it takes 3U) and I hate it every time I have to plug something in of out, I only have 1U of space open at the back of the case...

bassmankr: sorry, no beer. I really need something that sits in a patch panel on the back of a road case.

RichT: all kinds of music, from song demos with virtual instruments to full rock band. Hybrid setup: submix ITB with outboard (all hail to the PDC!) and mix stems on mixing desk. Since I'm getting more and more outboard I figured I can use the extra I/O.
