It's probably just me...

But I just ordered 2 tickets to see Zappa playing Zappa in Atlanta in December. I know this is not gear related, but I'm excited. Have you seen the line up of musicians? Boy! this is going to be something. ZPZ

Zappa Plays Zappa is Napoleon Murphy Brock could be the best front man on the planet. Maybe even the universe.

That's my pal Pete Griffin on the bass. Played with him in high school and college. Badass mo-fo on the bass playing with the Zappa Band and he aint even 30 yet. Wow.

The band smokes and the show is REALLY f-ing good.

Cool man. I know it will awesome. All other Zappa tribute bands need to just sit down for a minute. If all you guitar players out there have been ignoring Dweezil I think you should probably take a listen at what this boy can do.

I think I'll put on "Automatic" right now.

I love Zappa. I always get a weird vibe when reading interviews with Dweezil. He's very protective of his father's legacy, perhaps to a fault? Maybe it's just me; my dad's not Frank Zappa.

Dweezil did a clinic at my friend's guitar store in about '88. I guess he's changed a lot since then. I remember he had an album with Bobcat Goldthwaite on it.

Is Ed Mann playing?
