what happens when you upgrade to a new computer? you have to throw out that nice 20" lcd. makes no sense to me.

yeah i know it is. that's my point. why not buy an old G4 powermac and a monitor you can always keep?

because technology moves on and the next generation of monitors will be better. Depends on your priorities and buying habits.

This thing looks great. I may get one next yea if they get the G5 and a usable front side bus....

It will be interesting to see if they can get any momentum on these. According to all the mac news sites, the iMacs are slowing. Is the this the refresher everyone's been waiting for? I don't think so...
