What studio/audio books?

I'm after stuff that will actually give techniques and tips. Any suggestions?

This is the most practical and useful book in my rather extensive collection: Recording Tips For Engineers

Here are some of my faves:

'31 Songs' by Nick Hornby: Not a 'technique and tips' book at all but rather written by a non-musician talking about his favorite songs. I find it very inspiring and highly entertaining and funny. It's required reading for every aspiring producer I would say.

'Behind the glass' is my overall fave, containing of interviews with some of the most famous engineers and producers. There's a lifetime of information there.

'Mixing with your mind' is very inspiring and thought-provoking, even just using one of the numerous methods described might improve your work tremendously.

'Temples of sound' is a labour of love. Portraits of some of the most famous studios and the people that made it their home. The pics alone are worth the price of admission.
