best of gearslutz?

i've hung around here for quite some time now... but this place is so deep, that for one reason or another, i've missed quite a few really interesting discussions.

Heres a key thread about ted jensen, loudness and mastering, that has somehow escaped me so far...

please add your own, and lets make a list of "must read - best of gearslutz" threads.

cheers!

BTW... i've saved some monumental "walters" contributions, and i'm just waiting for the market value to appreciate, before i sell them

this thread is a great one comprised of discussion about mastering and engineering with Paul Frindle, the genius behind the Sony Oxford console and later the Sony Oxford plugins; this man KNOWS HIS SH*T!!! i have learned so much from brilliant engineers like Mr. Frindle and i so appreciate all you vets that participate here on GearSlutz.

The thread:

Q for Paul Frindle

Cheers,
J.D.

There are plans in the pipeline to make searching easyier at Gearslutz...

They will happen in 2007

And a "best of" catagory should not be too hard to organise either..

For pure comedic value, Walters is it.

For some good learning, the Richard Dodd stuff was great, until it was deleted.
