| Lives for gear | Video game bid?
Hi slutz. Getting ready to put in a bid for a video game contract. It's a little indie game with a $15k total budget. My part basically involves cleaning up samples and setting levels and getting clean data-compression. I can also do as much re-composing and sound design. There's no more than 20 music/loops, and let's say 40 sfx files. Anybody got an idea what a good bid is for this? It will be my first and I'm not sure what a good amount is. I was thinking maybe $1000. Any advice from game industry people would be great!
