What compressors should I look for 60s vibes

I feel pretty good with my mic collection so I wanted to branch out and get my first great compressor. Right now I use the RNC, RNLA, dbx 160, and an Orban 414. They're all fine, but it seems like I need to move up to a real deal compressor.

Budget would be around 1500. My sound is very niche in that I am specifically looking for sounds of the 60s. Specifically I like the sound of Stax, Motown, Muscle Shoals, FAME soul (Etta James' Tell Mama would be a good example). Modern labels that do this sound would be Daptone. Outside of soul it would be 60s country music such as Buck Owens, Patsy Cline, etc.

So with those parameters, any good areas I should look into? Is there anything new out there that would get that sound? I was thinking a 1176 reissue, but I was wondering if that compressor was more 70s and also it concerns me that the circuit is not exactly the same so it's not really a note for note reissue.

For a little extra dosh-try the portico compressor.

Some people like it-others say its got nothing. I happen to think its pretty cool, but give it a trial and decide.
