Looking for high quality mic stands..

Tired of mics drooping. Any suggestions for some high quality stands that will stay in place? Looking for a tripod design, mid and low level heights for guitar cabs, drums, etc. Got a few big atlas stands for vocal mics. Thanks!

I think it is wrong to make everything equidistant
from the listener with too many mics. The pasting-on effects end up like bad Photoshop work on graphics & photos - too unbelievable.
