Thread Starter | Why Do Some Online Retailers Not List Actual Prices?
Soundpure and B&H come to mind — they require ur e-mail or a phone call to give a price on items — anyone know as to why they operate like this?

i see. i've always wondered why BH listed some prices while other prices required some sort of contact — wasn't sure if it was due to product quality grade or whatever - thanks!

In the case of one of those dealers for example, they have been kicked off the dealer roster for more than one product but leave it on their page (against the demands of their former supplier) to get you on their site. You get there and there's no info other than to call, and when you call they switch you to another product (bait and switch). War |
