Smile Would like to have your advice!!

Hi everyone,
nice forum over here,love it

ive got one question for you!

Im currently making music with my DAW ,all is set up digitally

my goal is to get a better(warmer) sound out of the digitally world
i have a rme hammerfall hdsp soundcard and was thinking of buying a analog console to spice up my recordings with the analog sound,

i thought of an MOTU I/O 24 to send the 24 DAW channels to the analog mixer and backwards

my question is which anaolg mixer would be the best for me?
im making RNB,HIPHOP,Dance Electro Music

Could you give me an adivice

run a search on soundcraft ghost and midas venice. There are a lot of choices but these seem to be popular.

If you take this route you need to plan on investing in some outboard to make it worthwhile.

Hi Luke

If I were you I'd make good use of the search function, Gearslutz has a history of discussing these issues in some depth.

If you get some of that reading done you might feel more informed about any specific questions you might have for the particular sound you're after, to suit your budget.
