Trying to find contact info for these labels re:Tower Records Bankruptcy

Hi all, I have some friends working at a very reputable law firm looking to contact these smaller labels that are owed a bunch of $$ from Tower.

Six Degrees
International Periodical
Super D/Phantom
Harmonia Mundi
Ingram Entertainment
Entertainment UK LTD
Image Entertainment
City Hall Records
Allegro Corp
Select-O-Hits

Please PM me with any contact info you might have.

Thanks, hopefully they can get some money they are owed.

I'm giving this one bump to keep it active, then it will fall away. There is a deadline for the Creditor's Committee (the labels) today, and these small labels are owed a good chunk of change.

Anyone surprised that Tower Records filed for bankruptcy again?

I didn't know that they had filed for bankruptcy in the first place!

Is this their second or third time around? What is it? Chapter 9? Chapter 11?

Regardless...I'm not suprised. Best Buy sells 'pop' CD's and movies for WAAAAAAAAY less then Tower ever has. The only reason I head to Tower much these days is to pick through the jazz & world music selection.

My label used to be distributed in the US by Allegro. I have all the (old) contact info. I might even get some money. I can PM you.

Tower's been on the brink of bankruptcy for years. I knew it was impeding this month or next.

Yeah, well add us to the list of bands that didn't get a dime from tower.
Pretty bummed because we spent several thousand on magazine adds featuring thier logo just to get in thier stores nationwide.
I felt it was coming too. We did a couple of instore performances.
Both times we had a good crowd, but before we went on there were about 2 people in the store on a Friday night.

Thanks Henry! If you could PM me asap, that would be great.

Jay, they filed for Chap. 11. In Delaware, of course.

Never mind about Allegro, my friend got through.

It's funny, they are having such a hard time getting in touch with people at the labels. Usually, they would just call a place and get through. Not so with a record label.

I've asked them to get me a deal while they are at it...

Funny thing is, the last time I had contact with Allegro it was while alerting my parent label, Challenge Records, that Tower and Valley Records were having difficulties. My message was forwarded to my Allegro rep, the US and Canadian distributor of my label, who slammed me, saying they were having no such difficulties. Valley went under a few yers ago and now Tower. I guess the lesson is, listen to me once in a while.
