Assigning a insert to an Auxiulary send

I would like to know if this is possible. I would like to assign a channel insert in to my DAW and in turn assign that channel as an Auxialry send.

I am trying to use my Eventide Eclipse effects processors as an auxialry send in Cubase how do you go about setting this up?

You create an FX channel and insert the Eclipse onto that channel. It is then a send just like any other send you setup and you are good to go. Obviously you need SX3+ and you'll need to hookup the Eclipse either digitally or via analog and then setup your VST connections for external effects.
