Does this pedal exist?

I've been thinking about this because I come from a multi-effects processor mindset...

Is there a pedal that connects multiple pedals so that when I press this pedal it will turn on multiple pedals?

the only way would be a bypass switch for a series of pedals already turned on.

Combine this...

with this (or an equivalent)...

http://www.voodoolab.com/gcontrolpro.htm

It's some $$, but it works well.

GCX

Yes. It is this and it has served me reliably for 15 years.

http://www.voodoolab.com/gcx.htm

I have the older style footswitch, that does less than their new one, but it is a great system.

Couldn't just use an A-B box?

A would go thru all of your pedals and…
B would go direct to the head.

I'm talking about turning on

overdrive, tremolo, and chorus (at the same time)

or

chorus and delay (at the same time)

I think the voodoo lab will do it but its a bit expensive...I guess eventually I'll have to get it down the line. I need the pedals first though

Are you looking to be able to turn on different pedals at different times? Or just everything on or everything off. Because if you are looking to "bypass" all of the pedals, you could try getting something like a Boss GT3 or whatever the knewest version of that is. The cool thing about it is that it has an assignable fx loop. Check it out, it might work for you.

The answer is yes... and it doesn't have to be some overpowering MIDI getup - although it certainly could be. Try Loooper.com (that's right 3 o's) or, for something even nicer do a search for WOBO on ebay or go te the Website WOBOge.com. Such creatures can be had for under a 100 bills. You can also get them with multiple loops. Also the Carl Martin multi-loop thing is pretty cool for a larger non-MIDI setup.

If you are really ambitious check out the TC G-System....

cheers,

Here's one more to add to the list.
http://obgcustom.com/web/musicom/musicom.html

OR, You can use a CM Lab or 360 Systems midi switching patchbay. The routing options go way beyond the guitar switchers but you'll need a midi footswitch. This is most likely more than you need. I used a 360 systems router for a while and it could do parallel or series loops, chain loops, change the order of effects, etc.

unless you've got a toddler's foot, you should be able to successfully step on 3 pedals at one time.

The coolest implementation of this is a pedal made by Toadworks.

"ToadWorks Enveloope is the world's first dynamically controlled effect loop pedal. A new spin on the true-bypass box, Enveloope employs a built in optical envelope follower. For the first time, you can now add attack-controlled depth capability to any non-dynamic effect in your arsenal.

ToadWorks Enveloope is the only Vactrol-based, envelope follower controlled, 9V powered effect loop in the world. No fancy expression pedals, no AC power requirements - just throw it on the floor and groove on the smooth amplitude-controlled transition from dry, to wet, to dry again. Go from Mr. Clean to gooey flange distortion nightmare with nothing more than a slightly increased attack. "

Yup enveloope is high on the list of "next"

as a side note, anyone else spending $$$$$ on pedals while the mac/intel thing settles?

back to the original topic, with a SPAM alert 'cause I distribute these in Canada:

Lehle D Loop is way less than any "bradshaw" style solution and may fit ryan's requirement but it's only 2 loops. Many people are not aware that it can be easily set up to use the 3 switches as "radio buttons" and have a setting that engages both loops at the same time. Units can also be daisy chained either with other Lehle products or a midi switcher.
