Dynaudio BM5A mkii positioning

Dynaudio recommends a listening position of 1 to 3 meters away from the speakers. I wonder if anyone here sits closer to them, let's say arround 60 cm away.
Thanks for the answers as I'm really interested in getting them and need to know if I can be closer to them than recommended.

60 centimeters is .6 meters, so this is about half way closer than recommended. The sound needs room to flourish. 620cm is too close for critical listneing

I'm also insterested in the focal cms 40, they mention these monitors may be placed at about 0.4m from the listening position which suits me. I just haven't had a chance to listen to them.
