| read this if you have a cad e300 mic. ive been searching and searching and posting and posting and i cant get an answer for this. i got this mic and the capsule isnt wired on it. the wires are just hanging inside. can someone PLEEEEEEASE take the top of the mic off or just shine a flashlight inside of it and tell me what order the colors are in where they are wired to the 3 metal studs on the casing inside. RED, RED, BLACK or RED,BLACK,RED???? |

| I've got my E300 squared on the desk right now... I didn't take of the grill but here is what I can see from the black not gold side of the mic... Red Red Black Red #1 to diag front Red #2 to diag back Black goes to a copper solder point on the right of the mic (again viewing from the back. -D |
