| Lives for gear | Noisy K2 had a session today at noon and warmed the mic up since 7am. everything was fine all this time and around 4PM it started making a lot of noise...then it started sounding noisy..then started sounding like a fan was in the background slighty blowing on it.. is the tube blown? i checked the wires to see if maybe they were bad but they seem to be fine going into the k2 psu. o the mic is hot as sh!t.. its usually warm when i'm in a session but its damn hot right now |

| Sounds like the capsule has started to leak. Tke it back to your Rode rep it should be fixed for free even if its out of warranty. |
