Best Mixing DVDs BOOKs READs

I'm looking for some great DVDs, BOOKs, and/or READs to help polish my mixing skills. I'd like to be as multi-genre as possible, so any and all suggestions are welcome.

I'm sure a lot of books/dvd combos will offer more or less of the same material stated a different way, moreover, I know lots of you have purchased and commented on a lot of these sorts of things.

SO...if you had to do it all again, which would you pick and why?

i think i'd pay clearmountain, andy wallace, (insert fave big name mixer here), etc., to look over their shoulder for 6 months or so.

My vote goes to "Mixing with your Mind" by Michael Stavrou:
http://www.mixingwithyourmind.com/

Uniquely different from the normal "how to" books.
