Hey dude I stumbled on this site a while ago http://www.getthatsound.com . It's not really too in depth and usually only shows 1 chain from the song. It does have some cool stuff on it though -Marty

I've been looking for a site like this for a while. I couldn't find anything. Getthatsound.com is very vague.

Is there a site out there that just has a list of the engineers/studios that artists went to? I threw out a lot of CD booklets before I ever became interested in recording and I'd like to look some of them up.

allmusic.com has most credit info for bands, producers, assistants, ... and/or things you've worked on if you've received credits. Don't believe they have studio info on there, but I haven't looked deep enough to see. Check out a band and see if you fins any info you're looknig for. Won't have equipment help there though I can pretty much guarantee that

I'm not expecting gear info. I just like to look at the studios the artists worked with.

The first three Modest Mouse records were done at Moon Studio.
