Does anyone remember

I recall that some company made a mic mount that was eesentially a bent pice of bar stock, with a place to screw on a mic clip. The idea was that it slipped under the amp, or the handle and put the mic at about the center of the speaker. They were called Z mounts, if I remember correctly. Anyone making something similar these days?

They're still called something like Z Mounts; look in the back of Pro Sound News or Mix; there was an ad.

Well, I looked in a couple of issues of Mix and didn't see it. Don't get the other. If anyone happens to note the info and could post it, they'd have my thanks.

A google search turned up thsi retailer on the web.. scrool, to the top of the page, they have Z Bars listed.. mabe give them a call?
