insulation for a vocal booth

i currently build a vocal booth in my home that is needed because i dont want to disturb my neighbours to much. the construction is modular, so i can take it apart and put put it somewhere else...

im my picture you can see how a module is build. its 100mm deep plus a wooden frame covered with fabrik. question is: what kind of insulation would bring a broader absorbtion or more bass absortion?

i would like to use some some interesting natural materials i found. rockwool is to agressive, the booth is in my home and the wall is only covered with fabrik.

the first stuff is flaxfiber. its 30kg/m3

the second one is a cellulose slab with 70kg/m3
http://www.homatherm.com/index.phpid=21&L=8

to use a combination of both materials would be more expensive, but i would do it if it brings something to the table. is this combination better than only one flax slab or is it dispensable?

any thoughts or suggestions?

thx!

How are you controlling the seams (where you take it apart)?

This is a completely sealed ISO booth?
