Vintage King 1073 Racks...Good Stuff???

I think I'm gonna go with a Vintage King rack for my 1073's since I'm getting my vintage 1073's from them. Anyone have any reasons why I should think about getting some elses rack? Any negative views on the Vintage King racks?

I've been curious about this as well. How do they compare to the AMS racks?

ams racks are the best, sonically to my ear. also, with their racks, you can bypass the trim knob and therefore the electronics and wiring associated with it (for a more pure signal).

Aren't the VK racks just re-badged Boutique Audio racks?

They're fine.

Are you buying new 1073's?

I haven't bought racks from VK, but if you're wondering if they're legit, they are. Great guys, honest, and they'll do everything they can to make sure you're happy. I imagine that with racks it's less about sonic properties and more about reliability -- VK sells gear to some pretty big names, so I wouldn't worry about them backing it up!
