Nice.

But what I don't understand is why you didn't use a collage assembly of the front panels of vintage outboard units instead. Now *that* would be truly slutty!

Looks nice, Yetti! Why not your sluttiness to the next level now, and hang some large prints of Pierrick up there, too?

wow - you even spot-lit the things; is this some kind of developing foam worship fetish or am I letting my imagination run away with itself?

and your desk is WAY too tidy.

LOL
I actually thought about doing that.
We have an in house graphics department where I work, and I was going to have dye sublimated fabric custom printed, and wrapped around rigid insulation.
I decided to keep it a little more low key and simple.

The light were in stock back in the warehouse, and I actually used less foam than I was originally planning....I spaced the foam to work with the lights.
I like to keep it nice...but I moved some crap off the desk before snapping the picture.

I don't own the company, so the line may be crossed if I did that. LOL

That crap was pretty expensive!
I kinda felt like apologizing when I turned in the reciept for $475.
It does work real well for reducing the flutter echo's...especially on speaker phone conference calls.

Yeah, and to think for 1/3 that price you could have done something yourself with custom colors to match the decor of the room better

That's one of the best uses for that foam though. Really good idea on your part. I'd pat you on the back for it.

foamyschmoey.

A pyschologist friend has B.A.D Diffusor all over her room. That's the coolest looking room Ive ever seen.

Cheers

On one hand, I can certainly sympathize with the approach of "Hey, I can't hear any difference, so why should I pay that much?". On the other, I wonder why anyone who can't hear a difference is recording, mixing, or producing records.

Add a Burrito warmer...

Damn Yetti...

Now I need to go back and update my office now they gave you one. Two monitors, halogen lights and some accoustical foam on the wall ain't enough.

How about a nice surround sound system?

If that doesn't make you more productive at least it will keep you awake in the afternoon after eating a big burrito at Chiptola!
