| Low End Theory vs. Midnight Marauders--Production Differences OK Bob Power produced these two and they are both masterpieces IMHO. Production wise Midnight Marauders sounds more open, brighter, wider, punchier, louder. I was wondering what gear contributed to this difference. Of course I'm sure different combinations of outboard were used but it seems like there was something globally different--consoles, tape machines? I know this info is probably somewhere on this site but I can't find it. |
