Sorry, that was 50k in euro dollars, so you're right with the exchange rate probably closer to $ 80 K....

Yep, it' looks cramped up just like my place, laid out very similar too, but he has all the good stuff !!

I'll tell you something about a setup like this, it's very functional and easy to get a lot done, as everything is within reach.
