Thread Starter | Vintech 473 vs. 273 Are there any differences besides the obvious? I dont think there is but you know how sometimes there may be some improvements or even something of less quality is used.... I need to clear some rack space so a 273 fits my needs better. Let me know! |

 | It's the same circuit, sounds exactly the same for that reason. The frequency points are slightly different on the shelving EQ (the only EQ), either unit's EQ is practical for basic tone shaping. So really the choice comes down to either 1u 2 channels, or 2u 4 channels.

Thread Starter | The freq points are different? I have the 473 here and its at 302 and 12K and 60 220.... I read somewhere that different transformers were used going out, probably someone who doesnt know anything but I was just making sure! Thanks |
