A Little X Rated Audio Porn

I recorded these drums through an API desk using 2 Fet47's on the kick, 2 56's on the snare, 3 421's on the rack toms ,1 521 on the highest rack tom, 1 RE 20 on the floor tom, and 2 451's for the overheads , sure sm 81 for the hats as well as 2 u87's for the rooms. Here is some porn for ya all. This is the room I learned to record in, and I absolutley think it is one of the best . Probably one of the most under rated rooms in town. The mic collection there alone is freaking stupid. C12a, 2 u67's, u47 tube, ect ect ect......

The session was last week. and yes 2 x 47 is very slutty. My question is though, what is more slutty, a vintage api (early 70's) with 32 550a's , and then some 550b's on the echo return just in case , or was it the 2 47's on a kick........., or is it two 1176's behind me, or perhaps the sonar drums. I just can't decide.
I am a very lucky person to be able to work in that room. Wow.... I will be doing another drum session in their on July 21-23 for my own record in which I will post some audio from the sessions.........Perhaps some from this one as well.

That is me phoning the artist who is in another province to get him on the line for a question about a drum part...

All of that slutty gear is going into PT. I am a Pro Toolian. Not much for thier ethics, but I just can't get over their software, I just love it.
BUT, you also have your choice at the studio. PT, SAW Studio, or of course you can always run two JH-24's in slave to get 48 trax of 2" , or if you only want 24 trax you can just use one JH-24, but that just isn't slutty enough....or is it . The fact that the tech at the studio is amazing is only one more plus about that place.
