Mosses & Mitchell Flexi Patch Routing Issues

Hi,

I have just unearthed a Mosses and Mitchell Flexi patch in our studio. It has 3 EDAC plugs in the rear splitting off to 24 male and 24 female XLRs. I spent a few hours yesterday running a mono signal of continuous music through the 1st input XLR and then plugging each output XLR in turn into the phones amp to test for signal. I tried every output with and without patching it in on the front of the patch bay and still getting no signal. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with these bays that may be able to help? I have no idea how the normalling works with the PCB design and haven't been able to find any diagrams or manuals to help but I have taken a photo of how it is currently set.

I'm guessing the problem either lies with the setup here or in the way the EDAC connections have been wired.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated and let me know if you need to know any more info or anything.

Cheers
