Advice Please. What to Keep

I am considering downsizing my home based studio in favor of a downsized and more productive usable realistic scenario for a home based studio enviroment.

The gear, is as follows.

Tl Audio M3 Tubetracker Mixer
Avalon Vt 737 Mic pre/compressor/eq
Great River MP-2NV
Crane Song STC-8
Hedd 192
Nuendo 8 i/o
2 x Crane Song Trakkers
Drawmer 1969 mercenary Edition
2x el8-x Distressors with all Mods
Bass Pod pro
Pod pro
Pod XT

Roland TD20 Drums
Roland HPD15 Hand Drum

Event20/20 Monitors
Nuendo3.0

If you had to minimize and downsize or exchange/change (ie monitor's) to keep the 'bare' necessities in a home recording enviroment, which of this gear would you keep in order to track in mono or stereo, and mix in the box. I want to simplify but not compromise the potential to create a good quality recording/mix.

In my enviroment I play all instruments, and the drums are td20 Electronic Drums

if i were you, i would assess which gear you use the most, the least, and ones you can't live without. that'll be a good starting point.

then, see which gear yields most return.. afterall, it's an investment. ones that are pricey but not getting you quick and great results, you should mos def reconsider something else.

the rest... it's the magician, not the wand.

Hi

What would the set up be used for, mixing and overdubs?
One of the rooms in our studio has a control 24 so we can mix in protools soley out of channels 1+2, essentially keeping it in-the-box, but there is also an interface we use only as an insert point for outboard (software plugins dont always cut the mustard). A computer and one medium sized rack wont take up much room, and its always nice to have some hardware at the ready.
