BLACKSTAR amp ISSUES

I noticed my blackstar ht20 having intermittent sound drops every 10 min around 20 db, i took it in they replaced the input jack which i thought had nothing to do with it because it only happend on the clean channel.

I get home and now the whole amp seems to have lost its punch i can turn it up 12 oclock on master and volume and it doesn't seem that loud where before it was like only 9 oclock.

I haven't played it very much, they said the tubes were not the issue , I dont know what to do the warranty repair shop doesn't have other blackstar amps there to A and B so its hard to show them that its sounding like crap! compared to what i knew it as for 5 months .

online this seems to be an issue, what else should i have them look at?

Speaker, wire, try a replacement cab altogether, tubes, cable from head to amp (Unless it's a combo), cables to guitar, guitar, battery in guitar..

There's umm quite a few things.
