UA plug-ins with a PT Mix system

I've heard great things about the UA plug ins (especially the plate verb).

Has anyone had any luck running these on a Protools Mix+ system? I tried the VST to RTAS wrapper a while back and got dismal results. Maybe things have changed.

If anyone running a Mix system uses UA plugs (with or without the UAD-1 card), please let me know!

I run the UA TDM plugs, in either RTA or TDM mode, and all is fine with a Mix+++ (they sound great)! The UA TDM plugs run on either the host cpu or the dsp's, not on the UA Card or via a wrapper. Not all of the UA plugs were available as TDM (I have only the Pultec and Compressors,no Plate).

The bad news is that the TDM Plugs were discontinued recently...

Which ones are you running TDM? I would love to get the Plate as TDM, but I do not know if was ever made. Since they dropped TDM support, they don't list the TDM titles on their site.

So.... I guess I need to know which UA TDM plugs are out there.

Also, the second question is: has anyone got the UAD-1 card to work reliably with a Mix system. I heard nightmares of poor performance, high latency, etc, and am hoping that has changed because I would really like to use thier to Neve EQ and the plate verb.

I believe that these were all that were offered as TDM...

...and that's all I have.

The Plate is supposedly quite good, but I thought that it requires a UAD Card?
