1/4" input/output box

I am looking for a box that has 2 1/4" input jacks on one side and 2 1/4" output jacks on the adjacent side that I can set/mount to a wall or just a standalone box. I could probably make one but then I'd had to find the supplies and all I know how to find is the 1/4" input jacks.

Anyone know of anything like this?

EDIT: I don't imagine something like this being very expensive since its just 2 input jacks soldered to each other.

On second thought. Is anyone familiar with the Pedal Pad Patch Pad?

Looks more like something you would add on their pedalboard than on a wall.

What exactly do you want to do?

I am building a Pedalboard as well and noticed this thinking it could come in handy. I have 2 sets of pedals (both are mono). 1 set sits between my guitar and amp, the other set goes into the effects loop. I was unsure if this would work for both individually in my pedalboard or if i should continue looking for another pedalboard alternative
