Get your local audio repair man to build you a custom box. It's stupidly easy for anyone involved in electronic work. Get exactly what you want, and have your input into the cosmetic finish as well.
Foot operated or hand operated? If hand - an ordinary hifi switcher you can buy off the shelf would work. No LEDs, but the rotary switch is clearly visible, and you could light it with a LED light which are also off the shelf items.
If foot operated, I can see a small problem: the ordinary DPDT toggle switches used in stompboxes would be fully utilised switching two audio channels. So you could use just one switch to toggle stereo channels and forgo the led. Or, you might use two switches, for an A and/or B selector, and use the spare contacts to switch the LEDS.
LEDS are problematic, because they need batteries, so it turns a simple passive switch project into something slightly more complicated. You might need to use some electronics so the normally open contacts turn the LED ON, and turn them off when they close.
You could always use relays - makes it really easy, and gives you more options (such as toggling stereo channels with one switch, and having LEDS indicating which relay is powered). But that uses more power, so you might not want to use batteries with that option.
Think about what you really need, and somebody can easily build it for you.
