Fulltone Tape Echo, RE 201, Fender Reverb in signal chain

Hey guys,
We're trying to integrate a Fulltone Tape Echo, a Roland RE201, and a Fender Reverb tank into our outboard setup. We've been having problems with buzz, distortion, and low level putting them in the chain. We received acceptable results using the ISO out of a Lehle High Impedance Splitter. But at $160 a pop, I'm looking for a more cost effective solution. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I'm a big fan of the Ebtech Hum Eliminators and Line Level Shifters for solving problems like this. They are passive transformer designs, and you can get small stereo boxes or 8 channel rack units.

These boxes are great for balancing/unbalancing and true galvanic isolation prevents ground loop hum.

The Hum Eliminators are unity gain, whereas the Line Level Shifter can basically step the voltage up or down to match consumer line level with pro line level - and can be used to step instruments up to pro line level. More or less.

Worth a try - a little transformer character never hurt FX if you ask me.
