What they lack in singing finesse [and, after all, it's a live on stage performance!] they certainly make up for in sass. I like the fact that they were unafraid of putting an amply figured -- but very spirited -- gal up front.

It took me, geez, maybe 45 seconds to figure out what they were singing... but then I was transfixed by their... uh... moves.

I'd say it almost goes back to the pre-boomer gen who gave us then-youthful boomers shows like Hullabaloo and [shudder] Up with People!

Pretty amusing.

I wonder what the kids made of it, though... they probably thought it was, like, classical music, dawg.

ACK!

Someone should send the link to Steve Howe or Jon Anderson.
I'd like to see what else they have on the repertoire. Something from Relayer perhaps?

I find the "classical diction" too bizarre. Too many accented '"t"'s make the lyric sound even more stilted than it already is.

There are credits for the choreographer and director, but I wonder if this was an off-the-shelf arrangement and whether they ever listened to the record...?
