Weird buzz/crackle on my Schecter

Hey guys,

I've had this crackling problem that I'm unable to resolve (tt's best if you listened to the attached file to see exactly what I'm talking about).

I've soldered/resoldered the jack but it's still there. It's present on both the neck and bridge pickups so I guess the pickups are fine.

Any ideas?
