It should be 3 pin and work with 12 v Tonader powering, not phantom. Buy a 48 v phantom to 12 v T adapter, they are cheap

I have an adaptor - but it is definitely 4 pin....?

That's weird, my U77 has a standard 3-pin XLR. Maybe someone has modded yours?

I would open it to see how its connected and in fact change the connector to 3 pin xlr
