Help pick electronic drums!
Going to pick up a set or build a DIY kit with pads in the next week. Im looking for something with mesh pads velocity sensitive that will be easy to integrate with ez drummer and BFD. I need them to feel as realistic as possible. Price is somewhat an issue otherwise I'd buy the Roland set that's close to 2grand. Any help people? I'd like to know your experience with sets and how easy it is to integrate into say maschine or pro tools. If there's another thread like this sorry. I searched but didn't find much...

Dave smith tempest with any pad controllers. One of the best if not only analog drum machines still made.

Not sure If I was unclear in my original post. I'm looking for an electronic drums set. Not a drum machine. I already own a couple pad controllers but want an actual kit this time around.
