What are these two products? (Pics included)

I am trying to find out what the top product & what these things below are, in the racks. Their use, etc.

Top: Mackie Big Knob monitor controller
Bottom: preamp and converter

Then GOOGLE = answer.

Looks like a Mackie big knob, a cheap furman unit, an avalon 737, an Avid Sync IO, and an Avid 192
