Measuring the holy 83db/SPL level

Hi!

I'm searching a cheap SPL-Meter for measuring the absolute sound pressure level of my Adam P22a for setting the well-knowm 83dB/SPL level as reference.
At Teufel Audio, there is a cheap one for sale - can i use it for this (it can only do DB(c)).

I think it's 85? Radio schack has 'em.
