No shiny knobs on my DerrEsser :(

Not that it matters. But I just received my pair of Empirical Labs DerrEssers 's that i ordered new from a store and they have plain black knobs instead of the shiny stainless steel looking ones I see else where. Not that it's a big deal, but is it not a signature look for Empirical Labs gear to have large white or silver knobs? What's up with this, I want silver knobs.

There's the correct answer. Just tell people it's a Limited Edition!

You know what, now that I think about it. I did order the 'Black Face' mastering edition, silly me.

I thought the silver ones looked very "Presonus". How cool would it be if they used mini Distressor knobs?

Very cool. I'm kind of surprised they didn't... It seems obvious.
